Help (e-mail please)!

I recently purchased an AST Turbolaser/PS in hopes that it would work both
on my Mac and on my AT under Windows.  It works fine on the Mac (using
its Appletalk connector) but I can't get it running on the AT/Windows (2.10).

Same problem both with serial and parallel connections:  The printer flashes
its "busy" light - as if any second it would start to print - then just stops
dead - no printout.  Windows appears satisfied that the printout occurred
- no error messages.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?
