I've been building the R3 Parallax server for the Sun-3, with SunOS 3.5.

There seems to be two files missing, "pl_cache.h" and "local/qevent.h",
both included by server/ddx/plx/Xplx.h.  (There were others missing,
but I was able to find them in the Parallax software distribution.)
I replaced qevent.h with vsinput.h from the X10R4 release, but can't
find anything on pl_cache.h.

If anyone can advise, or supply the missing files, I'd appreciate it.
