It doesn't handle @result or @equiv in the following

@example
foo @result{} bar
   which is like saying that
  bar @equiv{} baz
@end example

I tried to overcome this by changing texinfo-unsupported to silently
ignore it but then I got an error aying that it couldn't find @setfilename
