Since I don't use xterm that much, I'm probably not going to spend much time tracking it down, but y'all might want to track it down anyhow. (I just hope this isn't a problem with my X resources....) -- I need the version of Bash, the machine, the operating system, and possibly your xterm termcap entry. I live in X windows and do not have this problem. Brian
