The collect.c file references a header file ldfcn.h (which contains a function
ldopen).  I have searched all of the emacs library distribution files as well
as the source files that came with g++ 1.36.0 and gcc 1.36.0 for this file as
well as my local sun includes file, but can not seem to locate it.  What is
the essential difference between ldopen and fopen?  Where can I get ldfcn.h?
