	I can't compile any of the tests in libg++.  They all complain
about missing __CTOR_LIST__ and __DTOR_LIST__.  Are there no default
constructor/destructor lists?  I kludged around it by adding a file
containing fake lists in libg++.a.  
	I'm using g++-1.36.1 and libg++-1.36.0.
