Specifically, I am interested in symbol completion, which uses the characters TAB and M-?. These work just fine when I invoke gdb from the shell. Unfortunately, emacs interprets these characters, so GDB never gets them. What do I have to do to get the expected behavior? Is there an easy fix to put in .emacs or .gdbinit? Thanks a lot for your help. Jay Hyman Department of Electrical Engineering 1312 Mudd Columbia University New York, NY 10027 jay@ctr.columbia.edu
