This message is to announce the EXP-NET (Experiments in the Network) mailing
list.  The intent of the list is to allow participants in EXP-NET to
synchronize their news systems and arrange for feeds, etc. prior to creation
of the expnet.all news hierarchy.  (I'm not wedded to the name; suggestions
welcome.)

Mail to the list can be sent to expnet@NCoast.ORG, or
uunet!hal.cwru.edu!ncoast!expnet in UUCP jargon.  Subscriptions and requests
can be sent to expnet-request on the same machine.  After the newsgroup
hierarchy is created, I will arrange for this list to be gatewayed to
expnet.config (or whatever we decide to call it).
