A separate vmsnet makes sense -- it lets those people bypass
all of the new group naming wars in comp.* and news.*.

Sort of a vote-with-your-feet approach.

Time will tell if vmsnet.* propogates well enough, but
I expect that I'll carry it since there's bound to be
someone around here who'll want it.
