  I assume after the call for discussion, or would you just say "that's
a good idea" and do it? I like the idea, it would remove all the delays
(like sci.physics.fusion) and still allow a way for people to bypass
the process. This may be the best idea to come out of the discussion,
and would probably have resulted in creation of the aquarium group very
quickly, with *whatever* name.
