Indeed, and how will it contribute to world peace in our lifetime?

I don't think anyone suggested that it would solve the sci.aquaria
debate beyond, perhaps, making the whole group namespace more logical
and supportive of user interface development that perhaps we don't
have to fight like cats and fish over every group creation proposal.
It reduces the threshold.
