Does anyone know how to decipher the info contained on a quarantine leg band? My vet told me the first letter denotes the state which the bird went through quarantine in (in this case, F for Florida), but couldn't give any more info. I'd like to find out the date he came through, as well as any other interesting information. The friend who gave me the bird thought it was approximately 1 1/2 years old, but couldn't be sure.
