When I first listened to "Never for Ever" (before looking closely at the cover) I thought that "Army Dreamers" had an a capella intro. Later I realized that it was a short piece with a title all its own (Night Scented Stock). Maybe she's done the same thing here, only with a laugh instead of a short piece of singing.
