Is there an inexpensive way to convert a video camera signal to a digital
signal that can then be placed in PC graphics memory?  I am most interested
in real time video capture.  A few of the systems I have seen, such as
Targa, are quite expensive for what I would like to do in the sense that I
may want to make a large number of the final computer system.  Anything to
point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
