        I'm currently trying to get started on a second year project using
DRAM as an image sensor, BUT - ain't there always, I need to find out the
internal jumps - where the bits in the RAM aren't in a nice order and any
other nasties like that. Also the only ceramic package I can find, here in the
UK, is a 6116. I don't know any international suppliers who would export, at a
reasonable cost. Anyone know where to get 32K or bigger in ceramic packs,
or an IS32 would be even better. No-one over here seems to supply much appart
from the normal stuff. We had the old BYTE project issues in the library, but
some kind person ripped the Solid-State Camera project pages out - so I can't
even use them for info. Thanks in advance.
