The UH GenBank server was down for about 10 days due to a software error.
Fixing one bug created another!  For now, the software (MS-DOS only) and
GenBank entry retrieval are working; within the week software retrieval
for Unix, Mac, and VMS will also be available.  The indices and help messages
will be changed at that time.
