Hi,

	Hoke Johnson has asked me to distribute the binary for
	VAGIMAGE 1.2 in the UK.

	It is available for hhcp/cpf from uk.ac.kl.cs

	The file is called vgaimage.arc
	(remember to set binary mode)

	If you cannot access in this way, I will consider e-mailing it
	(but time is very pressing here :-( )
