OKay here is a fixed version of my proterm termcap for unix. the old one
that i posted didn't work correctly with the vi editor so here is a new 
one.

to get this to work with unix cut out every thing above the cut line
save it in a file called .termcap and then in your .cshrc or .login file 
make the following alias

alias proterm "setenv TERMCAP $home/.termcap;set term = proterm-special"

now save the .cshrc or .login file and type source .cshrc or source .login
now to set the term. to proterm specail just type proterm
