I would like to know where I can get information on Bundespost implementation
of X.21 dedicated circuits.

I need to answer questions like "Does the Bundespost require that the DTE
align call control characters using the byte timing interchange circuit or
with SYN characters?" and "What call control procedures, if any, are used
on dedicated circuits?".

Please respond by email, I'm sure this subject won't have a wide appeal.
