I just aquired a nifty Page Canada cellular pager. It does not seem
from inspection to have a transmitter in it. So how does it identify
itself to the cell? Page Canada claims coverage over most of southern
Ontario and roamability over most major metro areas in Canada.  How is
roaming accomplished?

At CDN$150 its paid for itself in the first month of use.
