The most recent usage I've seen is in Tanenbaum's "Computer Networks." Even if you're looking for something else, the 2nd Edition of Tanenbaum is one of the best I've ever seen in it's area. It is almost encyclopaedic in coverage, yet is well written and easy to read. I have used it for several classes, and the students almost always react favorably (something NOT true with Stallings' 1st edition of his similar book). jms
