I have finaly got it working but I had some problems the the odd control
characters at the end of some of the source files.

The cursor keys do not seem to work. I think this is because the code seems
to give up trying to tell the difference between a single escape from an
keyboad escape sequence for USG systems. I notice that for Xenix systems
nap is used but is not available on standard system V although some
have tried to implement it. I also have seen someone reprogram the keyboard
but I dont want to do this.
