I tried porting X10R4, but was stymied by a very weak bitblit in the 10 series. I haven't tried X11 because it is 3-4 times more compilicated to port a server. However, X11's generic color frame buffer server seems to be less machine dependent than X10 and should be more successful. The last time I talked to Raster Tech, over a year ago, they weren't interested in supported X on the 10 series but were considering the 4000 series. Maybe they've changed their minds.
