Is anyone aware of > 8 bit frame grabbers for less than $30k?  It can
be for any computer.  When I say > 8 bit I'm talking about > 8 bit ADC's.

Also, I'm very interested in flopticals -- the magnetic floppy disks with 
optical track sensing.  There are claims of 20Mb capacities for a 3 1/2
floppy.  Does anyone know of any companies marketing such a device for
IBM PC/ATs?  We have a medical imaging application that this device would be
very useful for.
