The only interpreter I am aware of is the STSC APL*PLUS. This carries a $3000.00 price tag, so even with a 50% educational discount, it is too steep for a language that no one in this department except myself has ever used - in fact only a few have even *heard* of APL. Are there any other implementation of this language out there? I doesn't have to be a *good* interpreter, just something that works. I would like to dust off the old codes I once ran on the UNIVAC 1190 mainframe, and see what they do on this machine. jph@astro.umd.edu
