I still have received ** NO ** answer to my comments submitted during
the first public review.  What's the status of the comments?

I made a lot of very detailed comments and I really don't want to have
to reread the standard to figure out which were accepted and which were
rejected.  And I will have no idea why they were rejected.  Possibly
due to misunderstanding.  Possibly due to reasons which are easily
refutable if I have a chance.  Possibly some got lost in the shuffle
and were not considered.
