The "official" vlsi plotting utility here is called "flea".  This is an
in-house routine which supports our HP plotters, our Versatec, and 
Postscript.  If you or anyone on this list is interested in obtaining more
information on this program, contact "lush@athena.ee.msstate.edu".  There
are already several other organizations using this program, so it is 
reasonably supported.....
