it's feasible -- from about 1983 to 1985, i included bitnet data in my
pathalias runs.  i stopped when i got bored with picking out the name
collisions.  it might have been different if my machine had itself been
a bitnet node.

it did help me debug pathalias, though, by artificially swelling the input.

how about the dual question: should uucp map data be included when running
pathalias for bitnet nodes?
