Well, Henry should have said  ...!uunet!attcan!utzoo!henry

If you are going to use a bang path from a uucp site, the path must
start with the name of a site that has a uucp link to your system.
You can list the sites that have direct links with the 'uuname' command,
but that doesn't help you with the names of other intermediate systems
on the way to uunet. Henry starts his bang path with the name of a
well known system and leaves it up to you to figure out how to get
from your system to uunet. Ask locally.
