I'm sorry I did not think to go to the service center (where ever that is), but I just went out and bought a TI-35. I think it still works. My sister borrowed it and I've not seen it for years. Now I work at HP and have not found a reason to buy one. Although with the employee discounts, they're affordable. So when his first one broke, he didn't get it fixed. He gave his second one away. Now he gets an employee discount, and doesn't buy one. With testimonials like this, HP doesn't need any enemies! Ha ha!
