At the recent OOPSLA '89 Conference, there were several mentions of
a C++ Class Library developed at NIH (National Institutes of Health).

Has anyone else heard of this?  I need to know

	someone who has it, e.g. a contact at NIH or whoever is the keeper.

	how I can get it

	whether it is public domain

	what it contains
