The company TELES in Berlin, is developing an X.500 System.

This system supports:
DAP/DSP, an private domain Replication Protocol (based on ISO Working Documents
such as ISO N3319)
Access Control Lists (N3320),
the set of schema data is extendable by administrators on demand.
This data includes:
    Attributes,
    NameBindings (StructureRules),
    ObjectClasses,
    UpperBounds and
    AttributeSets.
An X-Window based DUA,
a shell like DUA, supporting asynchronous operations,
an Administration Programm.
All X.500 defined AttributeSyntaxes and the '88 MHS stuff.

Under development are:
Contract Manager
dynamic Schema (Schema Definition Tree) SDT
Security (Authentification, Certificates)
an asynchronous X.500 API to interface DP applications

I don't know about the availability of this System.
