RFC-822 already has a facility for comments.  Thus one can use the phone
number/X.25 equivalent as the real address and include the name as a comment.

Adding a separate name: field wouldn't work since the relationship between the
comment and the mail address would not otherwise be retained.  Of course, X.400
already keeps this information together in the O/R name.
