I've set up PC/IP so that I can ping, etc., but I can't use 'lpr' without freezing my PC/AT. Any ideas why? Here are the states of my PC and print server: * I'm using a SUN 3/50 as a print server, with SUN OS 3.x (4.2 BSD). * printer port is 515/tcp. * I've created /etc/hosts.lpd with my PC's ip in the format of the '/etc/hosts' file. * There are a number of TSR's loaded: fastopen, filec, alias422 and ALARM. * I'm using a 3c501 * netdev.sys is configured with: telnet window=4096, telnet low window=200, transmit each char, CSR base I/O @ 0x0300, interrupt vector 3, and DMA 1 set for Transmit/Receive. Do you have any ideas why I can't print, and/or why the AT is freezes up? Send any ideas to: jkg@nbsr.mc.duke.edu thanks Jamie.
