"cres8et.help"

This was the fourth name change in revising the name of this file.  I
was exasperated.  And I was assured by system folks that this name would
be hidden from users by the alias mechanism.

The name is exactly as intended.  You may enjoy figuring out the joke; 
then again, you may not.  Just remember that it is the documentation for
createinset.
