One of the hardware types around here has heard good things about some
Berkeley design tools, in particular, Espresso and EQNTOTT. Any info on
these (and related) tools would be appreciated, such as:

	Are these tools PD or Free Use or Commercial?

	Where can they be obtained (UUCP preferred)?

	What kind of platform/resources do they require?

Pointers to further info (docs/articles) also much appreciated.
