   I was under the impression that 
Commodore was going to premeire the A3000
at this week's Comdex.  Well, I guess not.
They showed their A2630 68030 card.  My    
friends who went (had to stay here for  
midterms:-( ) said, Commdore did a poor
showing compared to Atari, who had a flashy
booth demoing their laptop Atari, new 68030
Atari, with a new chipset.  They also showed
some genlocking devices.  My friend said they
showed sucky graphics---just Nagel work which
has not become the staple demo at those IBM 
computer swap meets.  
 
Oh wells, but CBM better get their image
straight at these shows.  Where's my laptop
Amiga?
