I don't use any sort of line conditioning device, etc ... Even so, I remember one time when we got a pretty nasty power surge/blackout combo. It was very brief, maybe 1/4 second or so. Anyway, every IBM compatible in the place reset, a couple of machines got zapped. The amiga kept going like nothing happened at all.
