        I have a few questions to anyone who might have a moment to answer.
I am working a lot with Modula2 lately and have run across somethings I
wish I knew how to do...:

        For TDI M2 or lattice C how...

                can you make division lines in pulldown menus,
                can you find out how much cpu time has elapsed for
                        a process (for benchmarking purposes).

        Also, I am trying to write a full screen text editor and am having
some trouble with monitoring RAWKEY events.  Does anyone have a nice
module for "debounce-ing" keys, so to speak, and getting ASCII out w/cursors
and function keys, etc. too?  What is the "nicest" way of doing it?
