Open your workbench window and click once on the shell or CLI icon. Then select INFO from the menu. You'll get a screen which displays information on the tool. Click ADD in the TOOLS string gadget and type "WINDOW=CON:0/0/640/256/CLI". (No quotes!) The two 0's are the top left corner x & y and the 640/256 is the width and height. The last item is the title.
