I just ftp'ed over the ray tracer DBW_uRAY, version 1.2, from
geomag.gly.fsu.edu.  Some files were missing.  Those are the Makefile
and display.c, the source for the display program.

Does anyone know where I can find them?  I could do without the
Makefile, and I have version 1.0 of the display program, but I would
like to get the newest version...

Also, is there some more extensive documentation?  I have the .doc
file for version 1.0, is there an update to this?

Last, but not least, has anyone compiled the program with Lattice
5.0x, with 68020 and in-line code for the 68881?  I gave up this with
version 1.0...
