I bought a bunch of DRAM chips a couple of weeks ago and now I'd like to know
something about them...
The text on these chips says TMS4C1024-80N and HDI 944 BD.

1: What does the second text stand for ?
2: Do these chips support the burst mode of MC68030 ?
   And if not - what kind of chips do ?
3: Zero waitstates with 25 MHz 68030 ? 
4: Are these chips suitable for Microbotics 8 UP(DIP) ?

Can somebody give me this information - please.
