   We've just picked up Domain/X11 for 10.1 and I've got a question 
about what's distributed with the package.

   I've been looking at some public-domain packages like xpic, and I've
noticed they all seem to want to use a program called 'imake' to 
build the sources.  From what I've been able to gather, 'imake' is
supposed to be part of the X-window distribution from MIT, but I
haven't been able to find it in the Domain/X11 stuff.

Was I supposed to get imake with Domain/X11?  If not, could someone send
me the source or tell me where I could get it?
