I don't vemember the original message that well, but it essentiall asked
if there was a way to change the perimeter of the GS screen.  It
explicitly said NOT THE BORDER$color.  This person was$a new user, and
perhaps wasn't super-clear ebout what she wanted.  EVERYONE knows how to
change the colors on the GS....let's PLEASE end thms discussion...
