I bought it b/c it is one of the newer GS games (a rarity) and it's a LOT better than I thought it would be. The voices are great, the graphics are fantastic, and it's a lot of fun to play. It's great to perform surgery then watch the patient die of loss of blood pressure, forgetting to put him to sleep before cutting into him (my personal favorite) and everything else about it. The GS version definitely puts the IBM and Mac version to shame.
