The policy that was posted here twice by Mark and myself is
correct.  For those who missed it twice, you get to read it
when you call Pro-Beagle at 619/558-6151 and download the
disks.

The reader's digest version in the catalog does not conflict
with the restrictions listed in the download area on
pro-beagle, though it doesn't go into detail like the
agreement found on-line.  It's like the copyright page of
any manual -- you don't find that printed with every program
description in a catalog, do you?

For those of you who were complaining about a long distance
phone call, quit whining.  It doesn't take forever and cost
an arm and a leg to download a disk or two.  Call up and log
in with the name "dl", a public account that automatically
enters the Beagle Oldies transfer section.  From the Beagle
Oldies prompt, you have three options -- list files,
download a file, and quit (hangup.)  All files are are in
ShrinkIt 140k disk format.  ShrinkIt is also available in
the Beagle Oldies section if you don't already have it.
