The handler should be loaded before you load Kermit (probably a better idea to use kermitnr.com. It doesn't try to load a handler which you already installed.), or the handler could be prepended to the kermit prog. (I haven't actually tried this, so there may be other factors involved, but that's basically the theory). As for Amodem, try a higher version, like 7.x, which has a handler for MMP modems.
