I have been seeing many encoded binary files posted to comp.sys.cbm which
say that a C64 user can obtain working copies of these files by
uuencoding them.  I have also read several articles about how
uuencode works, BUT I haven't read about how to obtain this program!
Obviously, this program can't be posted, since you would need uuencode
to convert it to binary!

Where/how can this program be obtained?
