Get DECUS UUCP from DECUS or VAX NOTES from DEC.  The former is more or
less from and very well integrated witht he Usenet world.  The later costs
$ and you must manual set up the connects for each newsgroup you want to handle
but it will have a very all-in-1 like interface in a future major relase of notes/all-in-1.
