(we KNOW it's no longer supported, but gee wiz, guys!!) anyone have any helpful suggestions would be earnestly appreciated by some very puzzled beginners. e mail can be addressed to ar.bxa@forsythe.stanford.edu if this doesn't seem worth the bandwidth. thanks in advance for any help, suggestions, references, etc. bob
